Sports & Events Travel
Getting there is supposed to be part of the enjoyment. It rarely is when you are dealing with packed trains, expensive car parks, queues and the grim business of finding a taxi home after a big event.
RTH Chauffeurs takes care of the driving, the traffic planning, the parking and the return journey. Your group travels together, arrives together and comes home together without any of the hassle.
Whether you are attending a football match, a race day, a concert or a corporate hospitality event, we plan direct transportation from your chosen pickup address to a suitable drop-off point near the venue and arrange the return before you even set off.
Sporting events
RTH provides transportation for spectators, corporate guests, players, staff and event partners attending:
- Football matches
- Rugby league and rugby union games

Concerts & Live Entertainment
Busy trains, expensive parking and the difficulty of finding transport home after a big event are problems you simply do not need.
We provide effortless travel to:
- Concerts
- Festivals

Your group leaves from one address, arrives at the venue without stress and has a return journey already arranged. That is the difference.
Race Day Travel
Start your race day properly - from your home, hotel or an agreed meeting point, with your group together and the driving already handled.
RTH can arrange transport to racecourses including:
- York
- Doncaster
- Beverley
- Market Rasen
- Aintree
- Chester
- Newcastle
- Other UK racecourses on request
Return travel is arranged for an agreed time after the event so nobody is left working out how to get home.
Match Day Transportation
RTH provides direct travel to football and rugby grounds throughout the UK.
The service may include:
- Home or agreed meeting-point collection
- Group transportation to the stadium
- Planned comfort stops on longer journeys
- Drop-off at an appropriate location near the ground
- Return collection after the match
- Clear communication with the group organiser throughout
- Additional stops when agreed in advance
Long journeys to away fixtures are considerably more enjoyable when your group travels together in a comfortable vehicle rather than splitting across trains and service stations.
Corporate Hospitality & VIP Travel
When your company is entertaining clients at a sporting event or hospitality occasion, the transport is part of the experience. A late arrival or a scramble for taxis at the end of the evening is not the impression you want to leave.
RTH supports companies entertaining clients and attending hospitality events with professional, discreet transportation.
Transport can be arranged for:
- Company directors
- Employees
- Clients and business guests
- Sponsors and partners
